The Top Hat Program is an automatic issue plan that allows supplemental disability insurance in conjunction with a recently approved, standard issued, fully underwritten non-cancellable policy. Up to an additional $10,000 per month may be issued provided the total in force coverage does not exceed 65% of personal income. Coverage includes own occupation and options for COLA and Residual Disability.
