2026 Will G. Farrell Public Service Award

We are proud to announce that the recipient of the 73^rd annual Will G. Farrell Public Service Award is Tom Petersen.  Surrounded by family, friends and many colleagues, Tom was bestowed the Los Angeles chapter of NAIFA’s highest honor on April 9^th at the Knollwood Country Club in Granada Hills, California.

The award was created in 1949 to recognize individuals in the financial services industry that demonstrate exceptional and unselfish service to the public.  Mr. Farrell was an industry pioneer remembered for his leadership, professional excellence and belief in service.

Tom clearly embodies those ideals through his many years of giving back to the greater industry through teaching and successful legislative efforts as well as his wholehearted commitment to the promotion of disability insurance awareness.
